A one hour Holistic Health session with Cadence. Please keep a 3-5 day food sleep and stress diary that exemplifies a typical week for you and bring it to your first session. These may be one diary of all three or three separate. Whichever works best for you.
food diary: 3-5 days of food and drink logged at the time you eat/drink, not later while you try to remember ;) please note the times, amounts and how hungry you were at each meal.
sleep diary: what time you went to bed, what time you wake up and how rested you felt, did you feel you slept through the night? note anything that is recurring such as waking up to use the bathroom, muscle cramps or nightmares that you wish to alleviate.
stress diary: in conjunction with the above two-please rate your stress from 1 being no stress ( laying dozing in a hammock in the caribbean) to 10. This can be easily kept along with the first two by writing numbers throughout the day as you log your food and sleep.
