Our Brooklyn Heights studio, tucked in historic Willow town, neighboring beloved local hangout, Iris Cafe, is for private sessions by appointment only. Personal Training, Pilates, Thai Massage and Holistic Health sessions are set against large windows looking onto tree lined, cobble stone streets, exposed brick dating back to the 1800s and a room filled with natural sunlight. People often comment that they don't feel like they are in the city anymore. Our Pilates, Strength and Conditioning equipment is personally sourced by Cadence and Manuel and is always being edited, and added to, as we are inspired to bring new techniques to our clients. The Brooklyn Heights location is open 7 days a week: Mon-Friday 6am-8pm, Sat 7am-3pm, Sun 7am-1pm. Our Desk Manager Chantal is available Monday-Friday 10am-2pm. All other days either Cadence, Manuel or one of our teachers will answer your call and any questions you may have.
Our studio is committed to green practices for the health of ourselves, our clients, the community and our planet. We boast a renewably sourced cork floor and chemical-free fitness equipment (no latex or off-gassing plastic and vinyl). We are scrupulous in our cleanliness without the need for soy, Parabens, chemical fragrances or additives and our desk administration practices environmentally sound office habits when choosing to use paper or purchasing office supplies, including refurbished printer ink to reduce our use of fossil fuels.
