Springboard Pilates

A contemporary Pilates class utilizing the  Springboard equipment including standing, prone, supine and dynamic routines. Participants will learn Pilates fundamentals as they advance to more and more challenging sequences. Open to all levels, whether new or experienced with the pilates method, this class will increase your stability, flexibility, core strength, and decrease and rehabilitate injury.

 

Pilates & Athletics

Designed to coach participants into the next level of functional fitness. Springboards, props, bodyweight training, more complex Pilates choreography and often cardio intervals set within a Pilates framework. Maintain body awareness and core Pilates principles for ultimate safety and growth in  long-term athleticism.

 

Strength & Contrology

Mon – Sun

 

Our signature class, Strength & Contrology builds strength, endurance, conditioning, mobility and body awareness through kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, and cardio intervals. A challenging class for beginners to more advanced participants, class is open to all levels and features small, supportive class size so no one is left behind.

 

Myofascial Release: Flexibility & Pain Relief

Bring your aches, pains and asymmetries. During this class we will play with massage balls, foam rollers, straps, and deep stretches to open and release areas of chronic tension as well as develop routines to increase your comfort and mobility. Appropriate for all levels.
