Hypermobility is not bad. In fact, you've missed your calling as a gymnast/prima ballerina/cat-burgler. However, if you don't know how to manage your incredible joints you risk injury and daily discomfort. Not to mention the odd feeling of just being a bit unable to control those crazy angles! Learn stability, strength, and the difference between stretch and mobility with in-house teacher, Alaina! She'll be teaching you what your new found super power means, how to harness it, and how to use it to gain new heights in your fitness routine as well as guard against smushing into your skeleton or over compensating with your larger muscles.

Sitting down and being quiet is not your thing. Meditation feels mentally noisy and falling asleep can be a challenge. Yoga has tools that can help. In this workshop I will introduce the 8-limbed system as described by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras that is meant to aid in mental clarity and focus. You will learn physical postures and breathing techniques followed by a seated meditation, a supine relaxation called Yoga Nidra/ yogic sleep.

Thai Massage For Couples

  • Brooklyn Strength

Thai Massage is an ancient bodywork practice performed clothed; it aligns the skeleton, unwinds the muscular system, soothes energy and cleanses the lymphatic system. The originator of Thai Massage was reported to be one of Buddha’s physicians. It’s roots are deep, the effect is profoundly rejuvenating. Unlike regular massage, Thai Massage leaves you feeling light and free instead of washed out and tired. Experience this bliss with the one you love.
