Two Single Day Workshops to be taken separately: Sat Dec 12th from 2-3:30pm and Sat Dec 12th 2-3:30pm
We will address common postural issues that lead to chronic pain and problems such as shortened range of motion, tight shoulders, foot and knee problems. We will address individual issues and learn techniques you can do at home to interrupt these negative patterns and move into a more healthy physical state.
Sit at work most of the day? Have an old injury that still bothers you? The Foam Roller and little spiky balls can do a variety of miraculous things to alleviate even some of the most nagging pain.
Brooklyn Strength Studio owner and fascia aficionado, Cadence Dubus will teach you techniques you can do at home to roll away stress, strained muscles and create mobility, flexibility and a pain free body. Sleep better, feel better, create a short routine you can do every day or each time you need relief!
