Despite his powerful training background and experience, he is disarmingly soft spoken and gentle in his teaching. Manuel knows what physical discipline is and he can help you to achieve it. Manuel is International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation (IKFF) certified, Body Arts and Sciences International Pilates (BASI) Certified, Pre and Postnatal certified and trains Brooklyn Strength instructors in our unique personalized training philosophy. He collaborates with Cadence, studio owner, to bring a variety of relevant continuing education to Brooklyn Strength Staff and works alongside Cadence and Q to maintain the best quality Brooklyn Strength can provide our clients. Somehow Manuel also finds the time to train for marathons, experiment with various conditioning methods and bring his two silly dogs to the park. From becoming faster and more agile, to developing lean muscle and achieving fat loss, with Manuel you can't help but see results.
